Main Responsibilities
- Active contribution to the consolidation and further development of supervisory practices and instruments in the area of capital investments and tied assets
- Conducting quantitative analyses in the area of capital investments and actively contributing to the further development of data-based supervision.
- Supporting the supervisory departments on topics in the area of capital investments and checking compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supporting the capital investments function in dialogue with supervised institutions and stakeholders as well as participating in on-site inspections
- Analyzing relevant developments in the capital markets, including risk assessments
Profile
- University degree in business or economics, finance, mathematics, or natural sciences
- At least 5 years of professional experience in asset management and/or risk management – ideally in insurance
- Good market and product knowledge in asset management, preferably in the area of alternative investments
- Practical experience with derivatives and financing transactions (SFT) and in the area of governance is an advantage
- Good knowledge in financial analysis
- Familiarity with different data formats and tools, programming skills are an advantage
- Independent, solution-oriented, and process-oriented working style with pronounced analytical skills
- High team ability and service orientation
- German or French language skills (C2), good knowledge of the other language is an advantage
