About the job

The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For our Angiology, we are looking for a Senior Physician mbF / Head Physician (m/f) starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Managing your own angiological consultation and patient care
Conducting consultations on the wards and in the emergency center
Interdisciplinary collaboration, especially with vascular surgery and interventional radiology
Participation in the internal medicine senior physician service and departmental senior physician support of the Medical Clinic, subject to qualification and motivation
Involvement in training for physicians of internal medicine

Your Profile

Specialist title in Angiology
Specialist title in General Internal Medicine desired but not a requirement
Certificate of competence in vascular ultrasound from SGUM desired
You value close interdisciplinary collaboration with all hospital departments
Committed, reliable, and team-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility
