The Zug Canton Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various fields. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatients and more than 70,000 outpatients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency centre.For our Angiology department, we are looking for a Senior Physician mbF / Lead Physician (m/f) starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Managing your own angiological consultation hours and patient care
- Conducting consultations on the wards and in the emergency centre
- Interdisciplinary collaboration, especially with vascular surgery and interventional radiology
- Participation in the internal medicine senior physician on-call service and departmental senior physician support of the Medical Clinic, subject to qualification and motivation
- Involvement in training for physicians of internal medicine
Your Profile
- Specialist title in Angiology
- Specialist title in General Internal Medicine desired but not a prerequisite
- Certificate of competence in vascular ultrasound from the SGUM desired
- You value close interdisciplinary collaboration with all hospital departments
- Committed, reliable and team-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility
