Responsibilities
- You lead a team of around five field sales employees as a role model and support them through targeted, development- and performance-oriented coaching in the market.
- You independently manage your own customer area and advise your customers as a trusted partner with the goal of building long-term and sustainable business relationships.
- You ensure the implementation of strategic goals and continuously drive growth in your area.
- You promote team spirit with regular district meetings and motivate/develop your salespeople through individual measures.
- You actively maintain your network and work closely with our various customer contact points (Würth Shop, Telesales, E-Business, and Support).
- You monitor and analyse the sales data of your field salespeople and derive the necessary development steps from it.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a craft and further business education (Technical Salesperson, Sales Manager, or comparable qualification).
- Experience in sales, coaching, or leadership with corresponding proof of performance.
- Networked thinking with business understanding.
- Communication is one of your strengths – you see feedback as an opportunity to reflect and improve.
- Passion for craftsmanship and sales, and experience in employee leadership and development.
- You are curious and have the ability to identify, analyse problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Digital understanding and openness to new technologies and systems.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as excellent French skills (at least level B2).
- Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions even in uncertain situations.
- Open to new things and see changes as opportunities.
- Driving licence category B.
