We offer customised property insurance for the DACH region and are experiencing strong growth in this area. Since 2019, we have been a subsidiary of Helvetia Insurance. As an intermediary between customers and insurers, we provide B2B2C solutions, from product development through employee training to claims settlement. For over 10 years, we have centrally bundled our services in Switzerland and communicate in all national languages as well as English. What you achieve

• You take professional responsibility for the further development of our insurance platform in the areas of Accounting & Reporting as well as for the associated processes, subsystems and interfaces.
• You analyse requirements together with the specialist departments, question contexts and translate them into complete, comprehensible and actionable specifications for our development partners.
• You accompany B2B partner onboardings end-to-end - from clarifying requirements through specification and implementation to testing, go-live and subsequent stabilisation.
• You plan and structure your topics independently, set the right priorities and keep an eye on dependencies, risks and deadlines.
• You coordinate your topics independently with specialist departments, development partners and other stakeholders and ensure that open points are consistently pursued until resolved.
• You conduct tests and professional acceptances as part of our releases and ensure that new or adapted functions can be used productively in full and with the required quality.
• Even after go-live, your topic remains your topic: you support users, analyse problems and improvement possibilities and continuously develop your modules and processes.

What you bring

• You bring experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or in a comparable interface function, or you have sound accounting/bookkeeping knowledge and want to specifically develop yourself at the interface between business and IT.
• You are familiar with requirements engineering methods and enjoy understanding complex professional contexts, preparing requirements in a structured way and deriving clear, actionable specifications from them.
• You work independently, think ahead and reliably advance topics with a good sense of priorities, dependencies and quality.
• You communicate clearly, reliably and on equal terms and manage to effectively bring internal and external stakeholders together.
• You like to take responsibility throughout the entire lifecycle and have the ambition not only to implement solutions but to develop them sustainably.
• You have very good German skills and also feel confident in English communication.
