Deputy Garden House Manager 100% with Product Group Management for Houseplants

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the branch manager

• Take on administrative tasks in inventory management

• Support the branch manager in organising branch operations

• Support the branch manager in personnel management and planning

• Responsibility for the houseplants department (product group management)

• Competent customer advice

• Product presentation and maintenance

• Assistance in other departments

Requirements

• Enjoyment of sales and customer interaction

• Basic horticultural training with several years of professional experience

• Administrative experience

• Retail specialist training is an advantage

• Leadership experience

• Interest in inventory management and branch administration

• Willingness to take responsibility

• High commitment and flexibility
