- Completed training as a Kaufmann EFZ or equivalent required.
- Fluent in German; English skills advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office with a flair for numbers.

- Control and processing of all weighing slips
- Creation and dispatch of delivery notes
- Creation and storage of offers and contracts
- Creation of credit notes and invoices
- Updating and maintenance of the customer database
- Creation and dispatch of price notifications (monthly and weekly)
- Creation of destruction certificates
- Telephone contact with customers and internal dealers
- Ensuring the flow of information between departments
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or commercial school diploma
- Professional experience in purchasing administration is desired
- German as a native language, English skills are an advantage
- Confident in the use of MS Office
- Enjoyment of customer contact
- Team player with quick comprehension, precise working style, and a flair for numbers
