Rai LTCF Expert 80%, fixed-term for 1 year with option for extension

For the successful transition from the BESA system to the Rai LTCF system, we are looking for a committed employee who enjoys shaping processes and, together with two colleagues, supporting the staff during the transition.

Ready for a varied challenge from 1 December 2026?

·      Assisting with the transition from the BESA system to the Rai LTCF system

·      Ensuring the correct application of the RAI-LTCF system

·      Reviewing care documentation and RAI codings

·      Coaching and supporting staff in the care process

·      Conducting and taking responsibility for health insurance controlling

·      Planning and conducting internal training sessions

·      Analysing and interpreting medical quality indicators

·      Training as a registered nurse HF/FH and completed training as a RAI expert or solid RAI knowledge

·      Several years of experience in RAI recording

·      Ideally, experience with the RAI LTCF system

·      Independent and structured working style

·      Experience with the BESA system is an advantage

·      Very good German language skills, spoken and written
