Right in the middle of the city of Zurich, the residential homes in Seefeld offer living and life space as well as day and workshop places for adults with various disabilities at different locations.

For the Kulturcafé WHISper we are looking for a

Head of Gastronomy / Work Education (80%) starting 1 September 2026

Tasks:

• Responsible for planning, organising and carrying out the service operations in the Kulturcafé WHISper. Designing, implementing and monitoring service standards and service design
• Management of the kitchen leadership
• Leadership, educational support and training of gastronomy staff
• Management and training of specialised staff in the service area

Profile:

• Completed training in gastronomy / hotel industry
• Experience working with people with disabilities
• Training in work education is an advantage
• Ability to learn, handle conflicts and work in a team
• Organisational skills and independent working style
• Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
• Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience and humour
