Buyer Indirect Sourcing (m/f/d)
Your tasks
You implement the procurement and supplier strategy as well as the internal purchasing guidelines operationally
You ensure timely, demand-oriented, and cost-effective procurement of services, materials, and capital goods in the indirect area
You check purchase requisitions for correctness and completeness, place orders, and monitor their implementation
You obtain offers, analyze them, and conduct contract and price negotiations confidently
You actively maintain and improve purchasing master data for materials and suppliers
You prepare shipping documents and coordinate goods transports in the purchasing area
Your profile
- You have a commercial or technical basic education (EFZ) and at least two years of professional experience in purchasing or supply chain
- You work precisely, independently, and structured – even in hectic moments you keep an overview
- You are confident with MS Office and ideally also familiar with SAP MM or Jaggaer
- You convince with your professional appearance and solution-oriented attitude
- You are flexible, resilient, and willing to support the warehouse or shipping department in exceptional cases
- You have good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
