What you achieve

• You are responsible for smooth and efficient deployment planning of our employees, clients, and patients as well as the ongoing adjustment of deployments considering customer needs and guidelines
• As the first point of contact, you offer service-oriented telephone advice for clients and their relatives, coordinate patient inquiries and new registrations, and forward the concerns of employees, customers, and all external contacts to the responsible functions
• You act as an important interface between case management, the nursing team, doctors, and external partners and ensure smooth communication in this role. You also take responsibility for ordering medications and occasionally managing prescriptions.
• As the heart of the nursing team, you work closely with your colleagues on tour and actively support on-site during bottlenecks.

What you bring

• You have completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• You skillfully combine your expertise with your administrative activities
• You have proficient IT skills and ideally have already gained initial experience with deployment planning using Perigon
• You have an appreciative and empathetic communication style both on the phone and in person and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
