Senior Credit Officer - SME - Real Estate Professionals - Individuals

Your main duties:

* Independently ensure the analysis and decision-making flows related to the credit exposure of "standard" and "complex" files,
* Decide on the granting/refusal of credit within the scope of assigned individual competencies or provide a preliminary opinion for the decision-making bodies,
* Ensure the application and compliance with current rules and directives as well as the Credit Policy,
* Support and advise front office managers by providing technical expertise, preparing a preliminary analysis, and occasionally accompanying client visits,
* Provide a preliminary opinion for the decision-making bodies, and in credit decisions, take charge, if necessary, of preparing credit documents,
* Participate in risk monitoring at the Bank portfolio level, based on internal department inputs, proposing necessary actions for each situation,
* Take charge of preparing credit documents,
* Actively participate in internal projects related to the development of rules, tools, and procedures,
* Actively contribute to the training process of Associate Credit Officers (ACO), interns, apprentices, and anyone involved in the credit process. Ensure continuous training.

Your profile:

* Banking or commercial education, supplemented by higher professional training (HES or banking economics degree),
* 5 to 10 years of experience as a credit analyst,
* Good knowledge of risks related to financing income-generating properties,
* Rigour, analytical and negotiation skills,
* Team spirit, communication skills, sense of priorities and solution orientation,
* Proficiency in common IT tools, particularly Excel and Access,
* Excellent command of French, knowledge of German and/or English is a plus.
