You as Senior Java Software Engineer (m/f)

As an experienced Java specialist, you enrich our team. You design complex data architectures and find suitable solutions for new challenges. You always keep the quality of your results firmly in mind. In addition, you actively contribute current developments in Java and web development with JPA, SQL, etc. With your expertise, we bring our projects to the next level together.

Your tasks and projects

• Development and implementation of modern Java applications
• Requirement analysis of customer needs and, based on this, the conception of the software to be developed
• Creation of software architectures and comprehensive analyses
• Definition of general as well as project-specific programming and code quality standards and testing
• Monitoring current technological developments and trends (e.g., through conference visits, further training, independent familiarization, etc.)

Your strengths

• Enjoy shaping the digitalization of organizations with the help of modern software solutions
• Proven expertise from a completed degree in computer science or several years of professional experience in Java software development
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Java, especially in the area of Java-based web development
• Practical experience with Java Spring Services, Spring Security, JPA, Flyway, and SQL
• Experience with test automation and Selenium tests is an advantage
• Quick comprehension, analytical-conceptual skills, and independent working style
• Team spirit and joy in mutual support
• Very good German skills and good English skills
