About the job
The task of the Building Inspectorate is to competently and purposefully guide building applications through the provisions of building, planning and environmental law, to reach a decision quickly and to accompany the implementation. - Lead building permit procedures (including coordination with other authorities and internal specialist departments)
- Assess building applications in terms of building law
- Prepare applications for building law decisions
- Handle simple building applications independently
- Provide comprehensive advice to building clients
- Project management or collaboration on specialist projects of the Office for Building Permits
Your Profile
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in architecture, spatial planning, civil engineering or equivalent training (e.g. CAS Building Law)
- Experience in the private sector
- Experience in leading and coordinating projects
- Consulting competence, service orientation
- Experience in the field of building, planning and environmental protection law or willingness to develop further in this area
