Education is at the centre of what we do:
We are looking for a committed individual for a 50% position with full responsibility for the entire FaGe training. Educational work is a priority for us - you will take on the main responsibility as a vocational trainer for all trainee health professionals EFZ.

If you wish to work more than 50%, you have the opportunity to increase your workload up to 100% through assignments in direct nursing care.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for an attractive and high-quality training of trainee health professionals EFZ
• Design and support of individual learning processes – from learning objectives to competency assessments
• Support of trainees in their professional and personal development
• Close collaboration with the person responsible for vocational training
• For a workload of over 50%, additional tasks of a qualified nurse HF

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent
• Completed or planned further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to undertake this
• Pedagogical skills and enjoyment in training young people
