Our client is an established, innovative electrical engineering office in the greater Zurich area with around 50 employees and an excellent reputation for quality and technical competence. The company plans and realises demanding projects for renowned clients from industry, research, healthcare, education as well as the public and private sectors. Do you enjoy independently managing demanding electrical projects?
Do you want to focus on project management without having to create CAD drawings yourself?
Do you appreciate a collegial environment where people support each other and find solutions together? Then I look forward to hearing from you at 044 851 40 01
Your new role
- You independently take over the management and coordination of demanding electrical planning projects from conception to successful handover.
- You bear the technical and organisational responsibility for your projects. The drafting is carried out by the planning team, so you can concentrate on your project management tasks.
- You are responsible for project organisation, scheduling, cost control and quality assurance, always keeping an overview.
- You are a competent contact person for clients, architects, specialist planners and other project participants and represent the interests of your clients.
- You coordinate the internal electrical planners and draftsmen, accompany tenders and awards, and ensure smooth collaboration among all project participants.
What distinguishes you
- You have completed training as an electrical planner EFZ or electrical installer EFZ as well as industry-specific further training, for example as an electrical project manager with a federal certificate of competence, certified electrical installer or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of professional experience in electrical planning and have already independently managed demanding projects.
- You have sound expertise in the planning of electrical systems, know the relevant Swiss standards and regulations and are familiar with the industry-standard planning tools.
- You are an organisational talent, think entrepreneurially and keep an overview even with complex tasks. Quality and customer satisfaction are particularly important to you.
- You are an open, communicative and team-oriented personality who takes responsibility, enjoys working with others and shares knowledge with colleagues.
Our attractive offer
- Exceptionally varied and exciting projects: You work for renowned clients on technically demanding construction projects and benefit from a broad spectrum of internal expertise. If you wish, you can specialise in certain areas and contribute and develop your knowledge within an internal competence team.
- A working environment where people matter: You can expect a well-coordinated, helpful team with an open informal culture, short decision-making paths and a corporate culture characterised by mutual trust and appreciation.
- Attractive holiday arrangements and flexible working hours: In addition to your regular holidays, you enjoy paid company holidays from 24 December to 2 January. Even as a project manager, you are not subject to a management regulation regarding working hours and benefit from generous paid break arrangements.
- Attractive additional benefits: You benefit from above-average occupational pension provision, additional insurance benefits, generous expense regulations and an employer who is flexible with your needs even in personal matters.
- Modern work equipment and personal development: You work with state-of-the-art technology, receive support from internal specialists and benefit from individually tailored training, regular knowledge transfer and joint team events.
