HR Generalist (100%)
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual to support our HR department and contribute to the further development of our HR strategies. For our location in Wallisellen, we are seeking an HR Generalist (100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Independent and comprehensive support of the assigned business areas of the SVTI group, including handling all administrative HR processes along the employee life cycle
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring
- Support and advice to line managers and employees on all personnel and leadership matters
- Participation in the further development of HR strategies and processes as well as in exciting HR projects
- Taking on payroll tasks if interested
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship, further training as an HR specialist, and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good expertise in all HR topics; experience in conducting recruitment interviews is a prerequisite
- High social competence and pronounced communication skills, combined with good assertiveness
- Solution-oriented, holistic, and cross-process thinking and acting
- Confident German language skills; French and Italian skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills; SAP and SuccessFactors are an advantage

Purpose
As a private law, independent, and non-profit association with around 8,000 members, SVTI performs official and private tasks on behalf of the federal government and the cantons. The purpose of SVTI is to prevent accidents, disruptions, and damage and to eliminate hazards in the manufacture and operation of technical systems of all kinds.
Activities
The main activities of SVTI include the supervision of technical systems and devices such as pipelines and pipelines, installations in power plants, and pressure vessels, as well as market surveillance of elevators and pressure equipment.
Structure
SVTI consists of the departments Boiler Inspection, Federal Pipeline Inspection, Nuclear Inspection, Federal Elevator Inspection, and Market Surveillance of Pressure Equipment.
