You will carry out assignments in basic and treatment care with our clients
You conduct needs assessments with interRAI-HC and InterRAI CMH at the client’s home
You create care documentation and individual care planning
You advise and support our clients and their relatives
You are flexible and accustomed to working independently
You possess a high level of professional and social competence

What You Bring

Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist with a focus on psychiatry
Professional experience in the home care sector and with interRAI-HC and interRAI CMH
Perigon experience is an advantage
Valid driving licence category B
You are resilient, flexible and used to working independently
It is advantageous if you own a car and live in the region
