Property Employee
Your main tasksPerform caretaking and maintenance work on properties and infrastructures such as:
- Supervising and maintaining buildings including carrying out simple repairs
- Maintaining building installations (HVAC, sanitary)
- Performing simple painting and drywall work on company-owned properties
- Carrying out outdoor and garden work on the company premises
- Ensuring winter safety on the company premises
- Performing cleaning tasks
- Spontaneous courier trips
Your profile
- You have a craft or technical profession, preferably you have completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance
- You have basic knowledge of M365 and possibly process software such as facility management
- You hold a driving licence category B with trailer BE or/and category C or are willing to obtain these licences
- You have forklift and lifting platform certifications or are willing to complete this training
- You enjoy working independently, solution-oriented, with a lot of initiative and understand how to set priorities
