Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a professionally skilled individual for a responsible position in finance and accounting with a focus on controlling. You can expect a diverse environment with different companies, where you will be responsible for operational financial processes as well as contribute to business management issues. You will work with various internal and external stakeholders and actively participate in the further development of the finance organisation.
Responsibilities:
You take on the financial management of individual companies and ensure reliable handling of ongoing financial processes
You prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER and prepare the corresponding reports
You are responsible for financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting including dunning and debt collection
You handle VAT returns and tax declarations and ensure their correct and timely processing
You further develop controlling and create key figures, analyses, and business management evaluations
You support budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning and contribute your financial expertise to the relevant processes
You take responsibility in digitalisation and optimisation projects and act as a contact person for internal and external parties
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting or fiduciary services or have a business degree
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting or fiduciary environment and have solid knowledge in financial statement preparation
You have practical experience in controlling and business management analyses
You are proficient in ERP systems and Excel and enjoy working with digital financial solutions
Fluent German language skills are required
