The hospitals fmi AG with over 1,600 employees include the two acute hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the psychiatry of the hospitals fmi AG, the health centre in Meiringen, the senior centres in Frutigen and Interlaken, the rescue service with 5 locations, the walk-in clinic in Interlaken as well as various practices. Your area of responsibility
- holistic care and support of our residents - mainly at night
- co-responsibility for good care quality
- implementation of the care process
- taking on responsible tasks for three residential groups
Your skills
- completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ as well as first professional experience in long-term care or motivated to start
- appreciative and professional interaction with elderly people
- team-oriented, empathetic and conscientious personality
- flexible and precise way of working
