Product Manager OP Sets (m/f)

Are you a motivated individual who enjoys applying your excellent surgical expertise in a product-specific manner? As a Product Manager, you are involved in the introduction of new products and coordinate the flow of information between suppliers and field sales staff. The well-known Swiss company specialises in the manufacture and distribution of medical products and customised solutions (such as surgical sets) for clinics and hospitals.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

• Development and design of the product range (launches, relaunches, pricing etc.)
• Search for replacement articles including coordination and discussion of process with sales field staff
• Responsibility for set compositions and margin efficiency
• Communication and exchange with suppliers for the search of new articles and products
• Request processing including monitoring the entire process and initiating measures if necessary
• Outsourcing of internally produced sets & packs in collaboration with the COO
• Product training and product responsibility within the framework of the initial sampling process

Your profile: 

• (Medical) technical basic training (e.g. certified specialist in surgical technology, surgical nurse etc.) and solid professional experience and knowledge in the hospital and operating theatre environment
• Sales field experience is an advantage
• Good IT and Excel skills or a strong willingness to learn them
• Analytical thinking, independent working style and strong communication skills
• Residence in the greater upper Lake Zurich area, Glarus region, Linth plain, hybrid working possible
• Native German speaker as well as very good English skills, French skills are an advantage
