Team Leader: Dispatch and Administration 100%

Your main tasks

• Professional and personnel management of dispatch, administration, and drivers at the Leibstadt site
• Ensuring smooth operational processes in transport logistics
• Technical responsibility for the vehicle fleet of the entire group (maintenance and upkeep)
• Budget planning as well as operational controlling
• Participation in process optimisation and ensuring a future-proof dispatch
• Effective collaboration with other departments and interfaces
• Participation in projects

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as freight forwarding clerk, dispatcher, or freight forwarding specialist, as well as further training in logistics with a focus on transport
• Business administration training or higher technical education is an advantage
• Professional experience in the logistics industry, project experience, and experience in personnel management
• Analytical and farsighted thinking ability as well as goal-oriented and effective action
• Communicative, trustworthy, and charismatic leadership personality
• High degree of flexibility, resilience, and assertiveness
• IT and system affinity
• German spoken and written mandatory, French and Italian advantageous
