In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business customers together with our sales partners, while also growing additional business with existing clients. You will further strengthen the positioning of Sunrise Business among integrators, electrical installers, and consultants, contributing to increased market share.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Identification, acquisition, and development of new partnerships, as well as the expansion of existing partner and customer relationships
- Analyzing and qualifying customer needs together with partners, creating suitable offers, and ensuring contract closures, including up- and cross-selling
- Professionally handling customer inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
- Developing and implementing joint sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Planning and delivering partner training sessions to strengthen sales and product expertise
- Managing, monitoring, and continuously improving partner performance, including revenue responsibility
- Preparing regular reports and forecasts, as well as continuously expanding the partner network
YOUR SKILLS:
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a comparable discipline
- Demonstrated experience in partner management, preferably within the ICT or telecommunications sector
- Extensive knowledge of the ICT and telecommunications industry, supported by an established market network
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- A strategic mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach and a high degree of personal initiative
- Willingness to travel for partner and customer engagements
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory); proficiency in German is considered an asset
