In this versatile role, you support management and locations with sound analyses, further develop reporting and control instruments, and contribute to sustainably improving transparency and decision quality within the organisation. Your main workplace is in Kaiseraugst, complemented by occasional assignments and exchange appointments at other locations, especially in Regensdorf.

• Analyse business development as well as conduct margin, volume, and profitability analyses to support management and location decisions
• Prepare, interpret, and present relevant key figures and financial metrics for active management of corporate performance
• Participate in the monthly closing process and ensure transparent and comprehensible representation of business results
• Further develop and optimise reporting, forecasting, and controlling instruments with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and meaningfulness
• Act as a sparring partner for management, site managers, and departments on business and financial issues
• Support budget, forecast, and investment processes as well as conduct profitability analyses
• Create ad-hoc analyses and management reports as a basis for operational and strategic decision-making
• Identify optimisation potentials in processes and actively contribute to improvement measures

• Completed studies with a focus on controlling, finance, or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in controlling or a comparable function
• Very good understanding of business contexts and key figures
• Analytical, structured, and at the same time pragmatic working style
• High initiative and enjoyment in actively driving topics forward and taking responsibility
• Confident appearance and pronounced communication skills in exchange with different stakeholders
• Willingness to travel occasionally between the Kaiseraugst and Regensdorf locations
• Experience in further developing reporting and controlling processes is an advantage
• Interest in industrial processes and operational business models
• Very good Excel skills as well as experience with ERP and BI systems (SAP is an advantage)
