Our general company, a recognized player in the construction sector, is looking for an ambitious sales representative to actively develop its activities in the Geneva region.
Your missions
- Identify, prospect, and develop new clients and partners in the local market.
- Analyze the market to detect opportunities ahead of tenders.
- Maintain and develop a strong influence network (architects, developers, investors, etc.).
- Ensure rigorous and structured reporting of your commercial activity.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (offer managers, project managers, management) to build strategic and aligned responses.
Your profile
- Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a commercial role, ideally in the construction field or in a general company.
- Commercial or technical training, ideally complemented by significant experience in the construction sector.
- True hunter: you excel in pure prospecting and developing trusting relationships.
- Very good knowledge of the Geneva economic and real estate fabric.
- Outgoing personality, comfortable in exchanges, able to create strong and lasting relationships, both with partners and internally.
- Structured, autonomous, and results-oriented.
- Fluency in French (oral and written); any other language is an asset.
