Base Mechanic / Setter (m/f)
Tasks
- Setting up and operating the systems and apparatus in primary production / injection
- Operating and adjusting ABB robots at the injection plant
- Ensuring the functionality of operating resources in shift work
- Independent preparation of operating resources for the systems
- Revision and repair of various tools based on soldering and welding work
- Documentation of operational interruptions, disturbances, and errors in the form of cause-problem analyses
- Supervision and control of the systems to ensure operational safety
- Support for production team leaders in the areas of quality and productivity
Requirements
- Completed training in the mechanical field (e.g., as a production or operational mechanic)
- Professional experience in industry & assembly
- Craftsmanship as well as solid knowledge in mechanics
- Precise and accurate working method
- Willingness to work shifts
- Initiative, independence, and team spirit
- Confident, systematic approach
- Good German language skills
