What awaits you

• You independently process insurance applications and support our customers with online contracts in German and French.
• You accompany our customers throughout the entire purchasing process and communicate via various channels such as telephone, email, chat, or video calls.
• You support our sales teams with administrative tasks and help ensure they can focus on customer advice.
• You take on varied back-office tasks and ensure efficient and high-quality processing.
• You contribute ideas, think along, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment that is constantly evolving.

What you bring with you

• A completed training; experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• An independent, careful, and reliable way of working.
• You keep an overview and set the right priorities even in hectic situations.
• You enjoy customer contact and have a strong service orientation.
• You work confidently with MS Office and approach changes openly and flexibly.
• You have fluent German and French skills, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are welcome.
