Energy Advisor for Renovations in Heat Production
To strengthen our external sales team at the Saint-Légier-La Chiésaz branch, we are immediately or by arrangement looking for a HVAC technical advisor specialising in renovations of heat production installations (M/F)
You will be entrusted with varied tasks:
- Plan and carry out incentive advice at end customers
- Manage the execution of renovation requests coming from Lead Management
- Detailed and comprehensive analysis of the situation on site with stakeholders
- Identify future needs with customers, develop various concepts/offers and present the most suitable solution in detail - Active monitoring of cantonal energy laws
You will lead us to success if you:
- Have certified training in building technology
- Have further training in the commercial field
- Have in-depth knowledge of the Swiss Romandy market (building technology)
- Have several years of experience in external sales in the HVAC field in Switzerland
- Have a natural flair for sales as well as natural interpersonal skills
- Have great listening, analysis, advisory skills and are persuasive
- Have experience in regular and rigorous CRM maintenance
- Are comfortable with Office 365 and ERP systems (ideally SAP) - Knowledge of German or English would be an asset
