About the job

• Deputy management of the Greenkeeping department, including team coordination and operational control in the absence of the Head Greenkeeper
• Planning, coordination and execution of daily operational tasks in close collaboration with the Head Greenkeeper and the team
• Staff management, professional support and training of the team in coordination with the Head Greenkeeper
• Recording, maintenance and updating of resource data in IT systems (Punctus, credit workflow, Excel sheets, time management)
• Responsible monitoring, compliance and enforcement of applicable health and safety standards
• On-call duty for winter deployments

• Certified Greenkeeper or Head Greenkeeper
• Completed apprenticeship as gardener or landscape gardener advantageous
• Basic craft training advantageous
• Professional authorisation for the use of plant protection products (PPP) available or willingness to obtain it
• Chainsaw licence available or willingness to obtain it
• Very good German skills
• Good English skills
• Good IT skills
