The Social & Professional Sector of the Delafontaine Foundation has the mission to promote the well-being of the people it welcomes and supports and to ensure the social participation of each worker. It notably welcomes beneficiaries transitioning from the minor sector (specialized school) and promotes learning related to social skills for adults with intellectual disabilities.

YOU WILL BE ESSENTIAL FOR
 Designing socio-educational projects
 Encouraging social skills, post-school learning, and self-determination
 Guaranteeing the social participation of beneficiaries
 Contributing to an inclusive civic environment where participation is an expression
 Ensuring partnership with the network, families, and legal guardians

YOUR PROFILE
 Degree as HES or ES educator
 Experience in the disability field, particularly intellectual disability
 Experience in sensory support or creative mediation is an asset
 Sense of responsibility and daily autonomy
 Great adaptability and structuring skills
 Ability to transmit knowledge and ease in contacts
