ZTH AG Immobilien-Treuhand is an established company in the field of property management and consultancy. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Property Accountant (40-60%) who supports our accounting processes with passion and precision.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of property accounting for rental properties
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Assistance with checking bank statements
• Account assignment and booking of invoices as well as monitoring incoming payments
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Reclaiming withholding taxes
• Communication with tenants, owners and external partners on accounting matters

How You Impress Us

• Commercial basic training with a strong flair for numbers and property
• Experience in property accounting and/or financial accounting
• Confident use of accounting software and MS Office (ImmoTop 1+2)
• Precise and structured way of working
• High service orientation and team spirit
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
