Job Description
Become the heartbeat of our production! As a maintenance technician (m/f/div.), your mission is to keep our systems running. Together as a team, you not only try to repair the systems but also solve problems preventively.
Your tasks essentially include:
- You take responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of our machine park.
- Whether a mechanical problem or an electrical challenge – you find the cause and solve it sustainably.
- With analytical acumen, you identify improvement potentials and implement them.
- On pre-defined days (twice a year), you participate with the whole team in system revisions and independently perform on-call duty (4-5 weekends per year).
Qualifications
- Training: Technical basic training such as automation technician, electrician, polymechanic (m/f/div.), ideally with further training as a maintenance specialist
- Personality and working style: Flexible, responsible, independent personality with a systematic and precise working method and willingness to work shifts (3-shift) and on-call duty
- Experience and know-how: SAP and MS Office knowledge are advantageous
- Languages: Good knowledge of German
