What you achieve:
- Development and promotion of customer-oriented effective performance measures in collaboration with internal company units as well as external partners
- Participation in projects and development of rough concepts for specific issues within the framework of service development
- Analysis of performance processes and identification of optimization measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Development and updating of guidelines/instructions, conducting controls and preparing documents for committees for decision-making
- Assessment and review of complex service requests as well as training of operational service staff regarding service obligations
Why you succeed:
- In addition to a successfully completed (technical) university degree or training in the health/economics sector, you bring relevant professional experience in the (health) insurance industry, preferably in the area of services
- You convince with your conceptual skills, a structured way of working and your experience working with interdisciplinary teams
- Your customer-oriented, proactive and resilient personality as well as your pronounced ability for networked thinking, pragmatic action and high affinity for data and technical solutions complete your profile
- You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; French and/or Italian is a plus
