Hearing System Acoustician 40% (m/f/d)

YOUR TASK

• You independently advise our customers from the first appointment and support them closely beyond the sales completion.
• In doing so, you maintain our regular customers on the one hand and actively acquire new customers on the other.
• For this, you use our network, maintain contact with ENT doctors, and contribute your own ideas.
• Furthermore, you are jointly responsible for a customer-friendly, appealing hearing centre and proactively bring in suggestions for improvement.
• You use your key figures purposefully to achieve your goals and take appropriate measures if necessary.

YOUR PROFILE

• Ideally, you have completed training as a hearing system acoustician, have at least successfully passed Level 1 (AHS) or are a journeyman (WIFI or similar).
• You enjoy your profession and want to further deepen your skills and knowledge.
• You are used to thinking and acting in a customer- and sales-oriented manner.
• Your good PC user skills support you in daily business (Noah, common fitting tools, MS Office).
• Your positive attitude, independence, and sense of responsibility help you to achieve your goals effectively.
