Chasa Montana is the heart of the ZEGG Hotels & Stores in Samnaun. We combine luxurious 5-star superior ambience with a warm, family atmosphere. For our sophisticated gastronomy, we are looking for experienced individuals who passionately convey our philosophy of "enjoyment and joie de vivre" to our guests.

Your tasks / your profile:

• You independently and professionally manage your station, whether in our gourmet area awarded 17 GaultMillau points or within our high-quality half-board for discerning connoisseurs. You can always rely on the support of your colleagues – we work hand in hand.
• Together with our sommeliers, you expertly advise our guests from one of the best wine cellars in the Alps.
• You work closely with the kitchen and reception to offer our guests a seamless "Chasa Montana experience".
• You accompany our Commis de Rang and summer interns with your experience and ensure a working atmosphere characterised by mutual respect and motivation.
• Your opinion matters to us. We maintain short communication paths and open dialogue directly within the team.

What you bring

• You have completed training in hospitality or gastronomy. Ideally, you already have experience in 5-star hotels or excellent gastronomy. However, we are also happy to give motivated "young professionals" (e.g. experienced Commis de Rang) the chance to take the next career step to Chef de Rang with us.
• Whether setting tables according to our standards or the perfect presentation of courses – you enjoy quality and aesthetics. For you, perfection is not a compulsion but an expression of your appreciation for the guest.
• You speak very good German and English. It is not just about vocabulary for us, but your ability to inspire our guests and bring the story behind our products to life.
• You are not looking for an anonymous workplace but appreciate the family-like and friendly environment of our owner-managed hotel group. You actively contribute and know that we can only maintain the 17 GaultMillau points as a strong team.
