As Team Lead Quality Assurance, you will ensure the quality of our purchased and in-house manufactured products together with your team and ensure that defined quality requirements as well as the needs of our internal and external customers are reliably met. At the same time, you actively shape the further development of quality assurance and contribute to achieving our quality objectives.

Your tasks include:

• Leading the Quality Assurance team as well as planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operations
• Coordinating product inspections, random checks, and laboratory analyses to ensure quality
• Timely provision of electronically recorded test results, error analyses, and laboratory reports
• Handling internal error reports as well as customer, material, and fit complaints
• Monitoring standards and testing equipment as well as releasing or blocking materials and products
• Contributing to quality objectives, department development, and process integration within the company

Your profile:

• Training as a textile technician or comparable or higher technical education
• Solid professional and industry experience as well as experience in medical technology
• Fluent German and English skills; confident use of MS Office, ERP, and MES
• Planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills as well as strong presentation and moderation abilities
• High accuracy, reliability, independence, flexibility, and responsible use of resources
• Communicative, team- and conflict-capable leadership personality with exemplary function, assertiveness, forward-thinking, as well as motivation and delegation skills
