These tasks will inspire you

• Create and record transport and logistics orders in the system
• You routinely record statistics in Excel
• You handle damage cases and customer complaints in a solution-oriented manner
• You deal with customer concerns with an open ear and great commitment - both by phone and in writing
• Carrying out customer notifications and proactive customer communication
• Monitoring delivery reliability as well as compliance with quality and service requirements
• Participate in the implementation of new IT tools and processes

We look forward to this profile

• Basic training as a commercial clerk EFZ or logistics assistant (SSC certificate) or equivalent training
• Experience in order processing, ideally in the logistics/transport environment
• Confident handling of MS Office and routine use of order entry systems
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
• Resilient, a team player and solution-oriented
• Careful and structured way of working
• Initiative, networked thinking and strong assertiveness
• Strong organisational skills and communication strength
• French is an advantage
