Your main tasks include:
- You independently set up, program and operate our modern CNC milling-turning centres and ensure a smooth production process
- You manufacture demanding precision components for single parts and series and bring complex workpieces from CAM programming to the finished component to perfection.
- You create and optimise CAM programmes as well as machining strategies with regard to quality, efficiency and machining time.
- You carry out quality and dimensional checks, monitor the production processes and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our production workflows
- You participate in exciting technical projects, develop innovative manufacturing solutions and benefit from attractive shift allowances and additional flexibility in everyday life in the 2-shift operation
Your profile
- You have a completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ and feel at home on 5-axis CNC machining centres with Heidenhain controls.
- CAM programming (Mastercam) as well as setting up and optimising CNC machining are part of your daily work.
- Demanding components motivate you and bring out your strengths
- You work independently, precisely and reliably, have a high quality awareness and like to take responsibility.
