As a committed training company, we are looking for motivated school leavers who are interested in a varied activity in the medical field and enjoy contact with people as well as having practical flair. Starting August 2026, we offer a

• Assistance and care of clients of all ages with physical, psychological, mental or social limitations in our long-term care
• Everyday tasks such as household chores, personal care as well as support in daily life or accompaniment at day events within the scope of professional and personal competencies
• Carrying out logistics tasks as well as correct and economical use of materials and equipment
• Participation in the administrative area, such as recording information in the documentation and appropriate forwarding

• Secondary school diploma or small class (Canton Lucerne level C)
• Enjoyment of household tasks and a sense of cleanliness and order
• Patient, respectful and empathetic personality with good verbal communication skills
• Reliability, high sense of responsibility and willingness to help
• Resilience and good physical as well as mental health and ability to work in a team
