Your tasks:
- You represent our company and advise our customers authentically.
- You recognize the needs of our customers and turn interested parties into regular customers.
- With your open and natural manner, you create a welcoming atmosphere in the shop.
- You are the business card of our company and convince through your empathy and linguistic skills.
- You ensure an aesthetic and appealing product presentation.
- You take on leadership responsibility and motivate your team.
- You actively organize customer events.
- You support us in creating videos for our social media channels.
Your profile:
- Genuine sales talent and joy in inspiring people.
- Enthusiasm for fair trade, environment, and social and societal issues.
- Many years of experience in retail.
- Good network in the St. Gallen region.
- Very good language skills in German and English (French is an advantage).
- Leadership experience and ability to work in a team.
- Commitment, initiative, and passion for the work.
