About the job

• You actively shape construction and renovation projects and bring your expertise in building technology.
• You ensure that building technology works – from planning to operation.
• You specifically develop systems such as building automation, building services, or AV further.
• You take on the technical responsibility for the electronic locking system (Salto), including further development and operation.
• You coordinate projects with internal and external partners on an equal footing.
• You ensure stable, future-proof solutions in a complex environment.

• You have a technical basic education (EFZ), ideally supplemented by further training (HF/FH).
• You bring experience in building technology or construction projects.
• You have knowledge in building automation, AV technology, or comparable systems.
• You ideally know electronic locking systems (e.g., Salto).
• You are IT-savvy and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new systems.
• You think in networks and like to take responsibility.
