• You assist our residents with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as mobilization, taking into account their individual needs and abilities
• You motivate and activate the residents to use their existing resources and promote their independence in daily activities
• You pay attention to changes in the well-being or behavior of the residents and immediately pass this information on to the responsible nursing professional
• You carefully and precisely document the services provided and observations according to our standards
• You work hand in hand with the nursing professionals and nursing assistants to ensure optimal and holistic care

• You have training as an SRK nursing assistant or an equivalent, Switzerland-recognized qualification
• You have a big heart for elderly people and value appreciative, empathetic, and resident-centered care
• Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in long-term care - re-entrants are also warmly welcome.
• You enjoy working in a team, are helpful and respectful in dealing with colleagues, and actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere
• Very good German skills are very important for communication with our residents and within the team
