Your scope of responsibility
- You lead and organize the reception at our headquarters
- In doing so, you lead a small reception team and are responsible for deployment planning
- You welcome all visitors, employees, and suppliers at the main entrance, check their access authorization, register them with the responsible employees, and direct them
- In doing so, you create standard badges, operate the entrance area, and take care of any badge credit refunds
- In emergencies, you also provide first aid and alert the rescue services
What you bring with you
- You have completed a vocational training in administration or an equivalent qualification
- You have already gained leadership experience in your previous career
- You communicate confidently in German and have good French and English skills
- You are characterized by a strong service orientation and enjoy dealing with people
- You are flexible in terms of covering for absences due to holidays or other reasons in the reception team and can arrange the regular working days Thursday and Friday
