What you can achieve
- You are responsible for managing our project portfolio management
- You support the marketing team by using and further developing innovation tools and methods. You also conduct workshops
- You manage market research in the innovation context with the internal market research department and derive relevant consumer and market insights.
- You lead operational and strategic marketing projects focusing on growth, processes, and efficiency.
- You support the strategy and planning processes in Marketing Switzerland.
- You develop concepts and decision-making bases for important strategic questions.
- You lead and develop a team of two employees
What you bring with you
- Management, innovation management or a comparable marketing function.
- You have a degree in marketing, business administration or a comparable field.
- You have experience in leading strategic projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a good sense for consumers and market trends.
- You have leadership experience or the motivation to successfully develop a small team.
- You work independently, entrepreneurially and solution-oriented.
- You have very good German and English skills.
- You have several years of experience in brand or product management, project portfolio.
