For our client, a fiduciary firm in the Geneva area, we are looking for a Payroll Manager. Position at 80/100% on-site. Support for a small team.
Payroll Manager
On behalf of the clients but also the fiduciary firm, you will be responsible for:
- The complete management of the payroll process for the entire client portfolio.
- The analysis and maintenance of employee data (leave, hours worked, social benefits, etc.).
- Monitoring indicators, preparing statistics, as well as completing payroll closing and related documentation.
- Correcting any incorrect payroll situations in accordance with current regulations.
- Legal monitoring
- Preparing regular reports for the fiduciary firm's partners.
- Proven experience in payroll for multiple mandates and ideally in a Swiss fiduciary firm
- Ability to be the reference person for the payroll and employee aspects within the organisation
- Legal knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to manage several mandates simultaneously.
- The federal diploma is an advantage.
It is important to have a solid technical background in payroll/HR and to be able to work in a fiduciary firm that combines tradition and modernity.
