Construction Foreman / Estimator
Your Tasks
- Planning and execution of construction projects
- Leading, supervising and promoting assigned employees
- Responsible for schedule, cost and quality control
- Maintaining contacts with clients, authorities and planners
- Scheduling and coordination of construction sites
- Monitoring quality standards and billing
- Cost control, preliminary work planning to handover
- Calculation and acquisition of construction projects
- Obtaining manufacturer and supplier offers
- Support and advice for our private customers
Our Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as an estimator in civil engineering is an advantage
- Organisational talent and solution-oriented
- Motivation to learn new things and promote employees
- Good MS Office and IT skills; experience with the SORBA programme is an advantage
- Strong quality and cost awareness
- Customer orientation
