In addition to our diverse product range, we regularly organise our own in-house exhibitions, specialist days, and national as well as international trade fair appearances.

To support our marketing department, we are looking for a motivated and organised individual for a 6-month internship in event management.

Intern Event Management 60% (m/f)

Your tasks include:

• During your internship, you will support our event coordinator and the marketing team in the planning, organisation, and execution of various events.
• Participation in the conception, planning, organisation, and implementation of our in-house exhibitions and specialist days in Burgdorf with up to 400 guests
• Support in the planning and organisation of national as well as international trade fair appearances
• Coordination of suppliers, partners, and external service providers
• Organisation and procurement of suitable giveaways and event materials
• Support in internal and external event communication
• Creation of invitations, schedules, checklists, and other event documents
• Assistance with the on-site support of events as well as setup and dismantling
• General support of the event coordinator and the marketing team in day-to-day business

• Independent, structured, and reliable working styleCreativity as well as an eye for detail
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Flexibility and enjoyment in actively helping out at events
