Arud is a future-oriented non-profit organisation for outpatient medical-psychiatric care with around 170 employees and a respectful informal culture. We are among the leading institutions in Switzerland in addiction medicine and queer health. Our interdisciplinary model combines psychiatry, psychotherapy, internal medicine, infectiology, and social work into a holistic offering. We accompany our patients with respect, empathy, and on an equal footing.

Your tasks

• Preparing medications for our medical dispensing counter according to medical prescriptions
• Preparing hospital deliveries and holiday supplies
• Narcotics accounting
• Inventory management and stock control
• Ordering medications and medical consumables
• Annual inventory

What you bring

• You have a qualification certificate as a Pharmaceutical Assistant and bring professional experience in a similar environment (hospital or pharmacy preferred).
• You are a reliable, independent, and team-oriented person who guarantees precise work.
• You are resilient and keep a cool head in a dynamic workday.
• Your flexibility in scheduling (working hours Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:30 / Saturday and Sunday between 8:00 and 17:00) rounds off your profile.
• You prefer to work in the background rather than directly with patients.
