About the job
The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.
At our location in Zuchwil, we are looking for a
Nursing Specialist, 50-100%
What to expect
- Provision of professional basic and treatment care
- Execution of medical-technical procedures and nursing services according to training and further education standards
- Co-creation of a meaningful individual daily life for people with multiple disabilities
- Assumption of tasks within the framework of the interdisciplinary key worker system
- Creation and management of care and support plans and collaboration with relatives and legal representatives
- Willingness to work at night
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in the health and social sector and a special flair for working with people with disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT application skills (Word, Outlook)
